Job description

Job Responsibilities :

To check the quality of all building materials used in the project are within the acceptable range of products.
To check the workmanship quality of all construction works are within the acceptable tolerance.
To check the necessary testing of all construction works and materials have been carried out and complied with specifications.
Attend site meetings and report the findings to relevant parties when necessary.
Provide advice to resolve quality problem identified.
Follow up corrective actions on non-compliance works

Job Requirement :

Higher Certificate / Diploma or above in Building Studies or related disciplines.

Minimum 3 years working experience as site Quality Engineer or Clerk of Works.

Residential and commercial projects reference is an advantage.

Willing to work among construction sites.

Less experience will be considered as Asst QC Supervisor.

Immediate available is an advantage.
