Responsibilities

Collaborate with team and service providers to ensure client’s requests, respond to, and satisfy customer needs in a timely and professional manner.
Maintain current distribution channels and existing investors for investment products managed by CMBIAM;
Manage all aspects of sales life cycle, coordinate client meetings, roadshows, initiate sales activities, prepare meeting materials, assist client onboarding, etc;
Identify business opportunities, collect market intelligence;
Provide support for regular administrative works of the department.

Job Requirements :

Bachelor or above degree in Finance, Business Administration or related disciplines;

2-6 years relevant work experience in client service, financial services or banking industries preferable;

Outstanding relationship-building,munication, and presentation skills;

Understanding of private equity funds and other types of alternative investment funds is preferred;

Able to adapt to fast changing environment, organized and detailed-oriented. Strong interpersonal andmunication skills in dealings with investors and team;

Demonstrated proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese (Mandarin), Cantonese would be valuable.
