Job description

What You'll Be Doing :

  • Conduct quality assurance testing across onboarding, periodic reviews, and triggering event reviews to ensure alignment with internal policies.
  • Translate QA findings into clear, actionable insights and support the creation of management reports.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement effective remediation plans.
  • Participate in ad-hoc thematic reviews and support senior QA leads with special projects.

What We're Looking For :

  • Experience :

    • Minimum 2 years in QA Testing,pliance Monitoring, Audit, or Consulting.

  • Skills : Sharp analytical mindset and attention to detail. Strong risk and control awareness. Advanced Excel skills and data-driven thinking. Ability to manage multiple deadlines independently.
  • Knowledge :

    • Familiarity with KYC, CIP requirements,plex account structures, and private banking regulations is a plus.

  • Languages :

    • Proficiency in English and Chinese.

  • Education & Background :
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Prior experience in a top-tier private bank is a strong advantage.
