Job descriptionHigher Diploma / Higher Certificate in Electrical / Building Services Engineering or other related disciplines with at least 8 years’ relevant working experience in supervision of electrical & mechanical maintenance and / or construction works. Degree holder with 4 years’ relevant working experience will also be considered Candidate without the above specified academic qualification but have 12 years’ relevant working experience will also be considered Solid experience in airport works and / or large scale electrical and mechanical facilities under a live operating environment is an advantage Holder of Certificate of Registration of Electrical Worker of HV and / or LV electrical installation is preferred Proficient in Microsoft Office applications Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese. Knowledge of Putonghua is an advantage Possess a valid HK driving license (class 1, 2) is preferred
Responsibilities :
- Control, monitor and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance works of electrical systems, control systems and general E&M services
- Assist in daily inspection, workmanship monitoring, testing and commissioning of alteration and improvement works, including handover and defects inspection
- Liaise with internal departments, business partners and government departments to carry out fault rectification and maintenance activities
- Carry out fault attendance and rectification works
- Prepare system log, fault report, incident investigation and fault analysis
- Assist in preparation of maintenance contracts, maintenance budget and control of maintenance expenditure
- Implement and refine process management on maintenance tasks
- Perform shift duty including overnight shift if required
