- Experience in content development and strategy, beauty industry preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing , communications, journalism or related field
- Reference marketing content samples are required for job application
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
What you'll be doing on the job
Creates user-centric content revolving around beauty knowledge, products, and services. This includes partnering with product formulator, design and marketing team to create attractive and easy-to-understand information and content on TikTok and InstagramCollaborates with marketing team and external collaborators to create cohesive and creative marketing campaigns for our beauty brandsWorks with design, marketing and sales teams to identify trendy, useful, and interesting topics and information presented in ways that can inspire and engage audiences, followers and customersResearches externally and revisits existing content and resources to continuously perfect communications with audiencesManaging multiple projects and working quickly and accurately in a deadline-driven environment
