Job description

Tasks and Responsibilities :

  • Function as a core team member on major projects. Develop innovative solutions for complex client needs, provide regular and ad - hoc consultancy services, and create client - ready presentations.
  • Actively contribute to and, at times, lead new initiatives aimed at expanding our service offerings. This includes formulating customized proposals to secure new client projects.
  • Communicate effectively with other teams and internal departments to discuss and resolve issues promptly, thereby ensuring high - efficiency operations.
  • Contribute to and build a knowledge base that enables the team to continuously enhance client delivery, be an inspiring people leader who will apprentice and mentor colleagues.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree and above in Marketing / Business analyze / statistics.
  • Advanced skills in research and report writing, proficient in PPT, Excel and other office software.
  • Experience in data / content analysis, and complex problem solving.
  • Excellent presentation and project management skills.
  • Takes the initiative to proactively resolve issues within own remit and recognize when requires escalation.
  • Embraces a changing environment, adapts well to changing demands and ambiguous situations and adapts own behavior accordingly.
  • Expresses self clearly & displays sensitivity to develop constructive relationship with others.
  • Experience in a multi-cultural environment and demonstrated cross cultural awareness.
  • Exhibit good communication and writing skills in Mandarin, Cantonese and English.
