Responsibilities
- Supervise insurance performance at all levels and propose effective sales management actions.
- Design motivational campaigns and tools to drive sales and productivity.
- Coordinate and work with regional heads and respective sales leaders to enhance sales productivity, efficiency andpliance.
- Drive growth in the cross-border business centers by delivering customized insurance solutions to customers.
- Identify training needs and work with our insurance partner to design and implement the training programs for insurance sales staff.
- Promote and ensurepliance of corporate standard, as well as legislation and regulatory requirements is maintained throughout the entire sales process.
- Assist in attracting and retaining talented sales staff.
- Draft action plans to increase productivity and sales effectiveness.
- Organize campaigns and seminars to boost performance and engagement.
- Support standardization and automation in insurance sales processes to meet business needs.
Incumbent Requirements :
Degree holder or above in Finance, Marketing, Business Administration, or related disciplines.Possess IIQAS and other required qualifications under HKFI for selling insurance products. Possession of CFP / CFA / FLMI qualifications is an added advantage.Minimum 15 years of relevant Bancassurance experience across various customer segments, including retail banking, private banking, and SME banking.Skills :
Good knowledge and strong sales management experience in insurance products and services.Strong leadership with excellent interpersonal andmunication skills.Proficiency in PC skills, particularly in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Chinese word processing.Goodmand of written and spoken English and Chinese, including Putonghua.Please note that only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
