About the Role
Handle personal line claims including Travel, Personal Accident, Domestic Helper & Pet
Responsibilities :
- Handle personal line claims including Travel, Personal Accident, Domestic Helper & Pet
- Process and approve claims in compliance with the Company’s policies, guidelines & agreed service standards
- Handle claims related enquiries from policyholders, agents / brokers and internal counterparts
- Pro-active claims handling, including timely investigation on suspicious abuse claims
- Upkeep the claim status and undertake periodical reviews
- Assist in reports preparation
- Actively participates in team’s meeting, enhancement in workflow, claims system, UAT and projects, as assigned
Job Requirements :
Tertiary education with insurance knowledge2 years of relevant personal line claims handling experienceProfessional insurance qualification (e.g. ACII / ANZIIF) will be an advantageBasic knowledge of insurance principles and claims procedures & policiesAble to work independently and meet service standardsSelf-motivate, multi-tasks handling and adapt to a changing environmentSound negotiation, interpersonal and problem-solving skillsGood team playerProficient in Microsoft Word / ExcelCandidates with less experience or fresh graduates will be considered for AnalystOthers :
