We are looking for a Assistant Service Manager to join our client’s fast-growing team.
Responsibilities :
- Oversee the team of daily operation, included Sat, Sun and public holidays
- Handling customer enquiry and incident in a timely manner to fulfil SLA
- Prepare documentation, host meeting with internal team and customer
- On-site, odd hour working is required with compensation
- Vender management, collaborate with different vendors to provide service, especially on incident handling
- Any other duty assigned by supervisor
Requirements :
Bachelor / Higher Diploma in Computer Science or related disciplineAt least 3 years relevant experienceProfessional qualification on networking (e.g. CCNA, CCNP) is preferredHands-on experience of Routers / Switches, Firewall, Wireless Network and other networking equipment (e.g. Load Balancer, WAF, NAC)Experience in supporting Cloud networking (AWS, Azure) is an advantageKnowledge of service management best practice (e.g. ITIL, ISO20000)Good problem-solving skills, including root-cause analysisWilling to work under pressureAble to work independently and good interpersonal skills to interact with team membersAbility to handle multiple tasks simultaneouslyGood command of both written and spoken English & Chinese, including PutonghuaBenefit :
