Job Responsibilities :
Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies achieve business objectives and goals that drive brand awareness, pushing to consideration funnel and website traffic
Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns, including content creation, media buying, social media, SEM and SEO, ensuring alignment with overall business goals
Analyze performance metrics and provide regular reports on campaign effectiveness, using insights to optimize future strategies
Manage brand site business, including website development and e-commerce plans
Manage brand website efficiency, content development, UX / UI and SEO related development projects
Drive Omni-channel development, including but not limited to conversational marketing to provide immersive experiences to connect customers offline and online and elevate total luxury brand experience
Formulate and implement e-commerce strategies and plans to drive e-commerce traffic and local business
Effectively manage key agencies to build strong partnership and ensure service quality and initiatives
Evaluate campaign performance and effectiveness, provide insights from data analysis to achieve KPIs and drive brand growth
Job Requirements :
University graduate in Digital, Marketing or related disciplines
5+ years’ relevant experience in digital marketing / campaign management / website management, preferably in luxury / prestige or related skincare industry
Digital savvy, well understanding on Omni-channel marketing & E-Commerce industry
Experienced in brand.com management with basic UX and website technical knowledge is preferred
Strong expertise in content planning and creation, with a proven track record of developing engaging content
Experienced in leading 360 degree campaign launch across digital platform is preferred
Strong analytical skills and good knowledge of digital analytic tools
Self-motivated and strong ability in planning and project management skills with a can-do attitude
Proficiency in PowerPoint and presentation tools and skills
Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
