Job descriptionForm 5 / DSE graduate or above At least 1 years’ relevant marketing experience, preferably in financial institution with good knowledge of consumer lending business Proficient in spoken and written English Capability of spoken Tagalog / Indonesian Bahasa is an advantage Proficient in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint Fresh graduate will also be considered Must be a Hong Kong resident / holder of valid dependent visa
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to OSW (Overseas Worker) marketing team, including but not limited to payment request, purchase order processing and marketing materials production, stock replenishment and monitoring or etc.
- Perform event helper duties for on-ground marketing activities, especially on weekends
- Complete Voice of Customer (VOC) survey for Filipino customers and prepare report summary for management’s review
- Conduct regular market research on product offers and platforms and provide insights for internal improvement
