Job Responsibilities

Conduct daily facilities maintenance for all assigned facilities, mainly E&M, minor of builder's work

Create work plans for both preventive and corrective maintenance

Monitor and commit completion rate on CAFM / FM order system to KPI requirements

Supervise and mobilize the team in providing quality services to occupants

Verify and maintain all related documents in a complete and accurate manner

Ensure all programs and procedures are being complied with high-quality standard

Materials and parts inventory management, place purchasing order for materials and parts in advance of the work schedule

Perform ad-hoc tasks and projects including request for quotation / tender as assigned

Qualifications and Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering / Building Services Engineering or relevant disciplines

10 years' maintenance experience in Building Services / Facilities Management industry

Good team player with good organizational, communication and interpersonal skills

Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin). Cantonese speaking is essential.
