Job description

Responsibilities

  • Product Strategy & Roadmap : Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for integrated logistics systems
  • Stakeholder Collaboration : Work closely with logistics teams, Business Analysts (BAs), developers, and end-users to gather requirements and align IT solutions with business goals
  • System Integration : Oversee the development and integration of tools such as Warehouse Management Systems (WMS),
  • Transportation Management Systems (TMS), Electronic Proof of Delivery (ePoD) and other Integrated logistics systems
  • Project Management : Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of IT products, including planning, budgeting, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance
  • Performance Optimization : Monitor system performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions to ensure operational excellence
  • Risk Management : Proactively address risks and challenges to ensure smooth product implementation and operation
  • Training & Support : Provide training and ongoing support to internal teams to ensure successful adoption of IT systems

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, with minimum 5 years of experience in IT product management, preferably in logistics or supply chain
  • Proven track record in managing integrated logistics systems (e.g., WMS, TMS, ePoD…etc)
  • Familiarity with emerging technologies such as IoT, AI, and robotics in logistics
  • Understanding of system integration, APIs, and cloud-based platforms
  • Ability to analyze complex challenges and deliver practical solutions
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of working with technical and non-technical teams.
  • Self-driven, with a track record of leading cross-functional teams and delivering results
  • Proficiency in written and spoken Cantonese, Mandarin, and English is required
