About the Role :

We’re seeking a dynamic and forward-thinking Project Manager to lead AI-driven transformation initiatives within the banking operations. This role sits at the intersection of technology, data, and financial services—ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and understands how to translate cutting-edge AI capabilities into real business impact.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead end-to-end delivery of AI-related projects across banking domains.
• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables aligned with business goals.
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets
• Lead cross-functional teams including data scientists, engineers, and business analysts.
• Drive agile project execution, including sprint planning, backlog management, and cross-functional coordination.
• Translate business requirements into actionable user stories and oversee testing, deployment, and post-implementation reviews.
• Monitor project performance and proactively identify risks, dependencies, and opportunities for optimization
