Overview :
As a HR & Administration Officer - based in Hong Kong, you will be responsible in executing day-to-day operations of the Human Resources and Administration department in a professional, and compliant manner with strong uphold of the company’s principles and practice. You will be competent in administering HR & Administration policies and processes under the supervision of the Team Head. Additionally, you will act as a point of contact for employees on general benefits enquiries and co- facilitate employee engagement or office-wide activities. The ideal HR & Administration Officer will possess amicable communication skills, pro-active, people-oriented with strong organisational skills.
Key Responsibilities :
- Assist in the day-to-day operations of the human resources and administration department, including but not limited to recruitment, employee relations, performance management, learning & development, welfare activities and general office affairs
- Responsible for providing administration and clerical support to the department and management (i.e. hotel / ticket / visa arrangement)
- Administer and monitor the attendance and leave management process
- Facilitate and support staff benefits administration
- Support HR & Admin department in cultivating and reinforcing corporate culture & values across the Group
- Act as back-up receptionist when necessary
- Other ad hoc projects as assigned
Qualifications / Requirements
Diploma or degree holder in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or related disciplineMinimum 3 years relevant human resources and administration experience preferably with a manufacturing, engineering or related industryExperience in handling multiple projects will be an advantageousComfortable in interacting with all levels of individuals ranging from ground staff to managementGood interpersonal / communication skills with fluency in English, Mandarin and CantoneseGood understanding of Hong Kong Labour Law and practicesProficient in Microsoft office, Chinese work processing and HRMSSelf-motivated, detailed-oriented and organizedStrong sense of responsibility and independentImmediate available is preferable
