We are looking for a motivated Sales Officer to join our Residential Sales team. The candidate will conduct market research to help with decision-making and assist in preparing legal documents, including pre-sale consent and conveyancing papers. This role involves creating marketing materials like sales brochures and responding to inquiries from clients and property agents. The Sales Officer will also handle frontline and administrative tasks at the sales office and show flat, ensuring a smooth experience for everyone involved.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Conduct market research and analysis to support informed decision-making.
  • Assist in the preparation of legal documents, including pre-sale consent documents, DMC, and various conveyancing documents.
  • Help prepare marketing materials, including sales brochures and other marketing collaterals.
  • Handle enquiries from interested clients and property agents.
  • Perform frontline and administrative duties at the sales office and showflat

REQUIREMENTS

  • University graduate in marketing or business-related discipline
  • Professional qualification in Surveying is an advantage.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience in property management or related industries.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluency in both spoken and written English and Chinese, including Putonghua.
  • Good PC skills in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Willingness to work on a roster basis and during irregular working hours periodically.
