(Global) Performance Marketing / Online Advertising Senior Manager / Lead
A leading cryptocurrency exchange with massive global scale is seeking a sharp, results-driven Performance Marketing Senior Manager to own worldwide user acquisition and transaction growth. Based in Hong Kong, Singapore, or Malaysia (hybrid) , you will lead a team of 5 specialists and control multi-million USD annual budgets across Google, Meta, TikTok, and top DSPs 100% focused on app-driven, ROI-obsessed online advertising.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team of 5 performance marketers; set aggressive targets, mentor on advanced media-buying and analytics, and maintain high execution speed.
- Own full-funnel global strategy : planning, testing, scaling, and optimising campaigns to deliver the lowest possible CPI / CPA and the highest transaction volume.
- Master all major platforms (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok Ads, programmatic / DSP) creatives, bidding, audience segmentation, A / B testing, and attribution (AppsFlyer / Adjust / GA).
- Allocate and defend multi-million USD budgets ruthlessly; negotiate directly with platforms for better rates, whitelists, and priority support.
- Turn data into immediate action : spot winners fast, kill losers faster, and deliver clear performance insights to senior leadership.
- Work tightly with Product, Growth, Compliance, and Data teams to keep every campaign fully aligned and regulation-safe in the crypto space.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or above (Marketing, Business, or related field preferred).8-10+ years total digital marketing experience , with at least 5-6 years of hands-on running large-scale global performance / user-acquisition campaigns (app install + in-app events essential).Strong preference for in-house experience at licensed crypto exchanges, brokerages, or high-regulation fintech platforms (agency backgrounds considered only if you have directly managed similar large-scale crypto / fintech accounts).Proven track record scaling multi-million USD budgets with consistent ROI improvement in competitive, policy-heavy verticals.Deep expertise across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok Ads, and programmatic buying; comfortable with mobile attribution and advanced optimisation techniques.Language : Fluent written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese + Mandarin) required for internal reporting and stakeholder communication.True leader who thrives in a high-speed, high-stakes environment and pushes the team to move fast and win big.Apply / Refer a Friend
