Job descriptionBachelor degree inputer Science, Engineering or equivalent Minimum 2 years’ industry experience in core Java; Algo trading development experience is preferred but not mandatory Experienced and good understanding on agency based execution algorithms, such as VWAP, INLINE, MOC, etc. Excellentmunication skills and a good team player in collaborating team members in other regions Goodmand of written and spoken English and Chinese

Job Duties :
- Design and implement new features across full technology stack with main focus on algorithmic trading logic
- Work closely with quant and trading team on development and customization of wide range execution strategies
- Interface with business stakeholders to gather requirements and integrate with trading framework
- Maintain and improve scalability, performance and resiliency of trading platforms, such as Data and Market Connectivity systems, Algorithm Container and Algorithmic Trading Engine
- Provide real time technical support and answer enquiries to traders when necessary
