Description

• Provide expert legal advice on data protection and privacy matters to various business units across the globe.
• Ensure compliance with international data protection laws, including GDPR, CCPA, and other relevant regulations.
• Develop and implement data protection policies and procedures to safeguard personal data and ensure privacy compliance.
• Identify and mitigate risks related to data protection and privacy, conducting regular audits and assessments.
• Conduct training sessions for employees on data protection and privacy best practices.
• Review and negotiate data protection clauses in contracts with third parties, ensuring compliance with applicable laws.
• Lead the response to data breaches and privacy incidents, coordinating with relevant stakeholders and authorities.
• Act as the primary point of contact with regulatory bodies and authorities on data protection and privacy matters.
• Work closely with IT, HR, and other departments to ensure integrated data protection strategies.
