Senior Engineer / AM - Facility Management - Developer

About the Company

Our client is a reputable conglomerate with a long standing history and diverse business across HK, Mainland China, and APAC. To cope with their business needs, they are now looking for a Senior Engineer / Assistant Manager to join and manage their portfolios.

About the Role

You will be a key member in the facility management team, overseeing the company’s portfolios in the maintenance, A&A and renovation projects of their building services systems. You will be supervising an in-house technical team in carrying out the maintenance works, monitoring outside contractors for their performance and uphold the engineering works with company standards.

About the Requirement

  • Over 5 years of experiences in facilities management, experience in commercial or residential properties is a plus
  • Degree or above in Building Services Engineering, or equivalent
  • REW A0 or B0
  • Good problem solving, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluent in written and spoken Cantonese, good command in English and Mandarin
