As a Captain - Summer Palace / Petrus / Cafe TOO, we rely on you to :
- Provide quality service to guests
- Ensure smooth operations of the work section appointed and strive for guest delights
- Ensure the service / items are prepared according to restaurant standards
- Check the cleanliness of the section prior to and after service
- Collect guests’ feedback during operation to ensure a satisfying dining experience
- Assist the Manager with daily operations
