Promote and provide personalized one-stop-shop quad-play products and services to HKT’s Premier customers
Actively develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing accounts, identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions include but not limited to home automation, home networking, fixed, broadband and Pay TV to VIP accounts through on-site consultations so as to build up HKT Premier as a prestige brand
Drive and achieve assigned business targets and key performance indicators with high quality of service
Monitor account performance and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and innovations to provide clients with the latest insights and recommendations
Liaise with external parties on potential partnership and identify business; work closely with top tier architects, interior designers, contractors and IT managers and other internal & external professions to ensure the project to be completed in a timely and cost effective way
Collaborate with internal sales, marketing, and operations team to ensure seamless service delivery
5-day work, shift duty is required
To succeed in this role
Diploma or above in any discipline
At least 3 years’ experience in sales and customer service field, preferable in sizable company
Relevant experience in Telesales / Insurance industry would be an advantage
Self-motivated, positive, and customer-oriented manner
Good communication, project management, negotiation, and interpersonal skill
Candidates with more experience would be considered as Senior Relationship Account Executive
