Compliance Officer / Manager

Key Responsibilities :

• help maintain and update policies and procedures and internal control against latest regulatory requirements
• ongoing monitoring on operations and investments compliance matters
• advise on client onboarding, transaction monitoring and AML topics
• perform internal review on regulated activities
• investigate into customer complaints
• act as the central point of contact for SFC and handle all communications including FRR reports
• prepare and arrange compliance training
• work with external auditors and accountant where necessary
• ad-hoc projects related to compliance
