Job descriptionMonitor account cash positions and facilitate fund transfer instructions. Track and follow up on cash flow status. Participate in trading and bank account management, providing support for account opening procedures. Timely maintenance of various operational systems and data. Optimize data entry processes to improve timeliness and accuracy. Conduct daily automated backup checks to ensure automated-scripts run on time andplete successfully. Organize and archive contracts, transaction records, and other operational documents. University degree in Business Administration, Accounting / Finance or related discipline 3-5 years of fund operation experience in fund administrator or asset managementpany (prior experience on China market will be a definite advantage) Knowledge of DTCC CTM, Tradar and Bloomberg AIMS highly preferred Attending to details, responsible, self-motivated, willing to learn, able to multi-task and work under pressure Proficient in MS Office especially in MS excel Goodmunication and interpersonal skills Fluency in both written and spoken English and Chinese, good in spoken Mandarin is an advantage

2.Transaction Support and Settlement
- Assist in the confirmation and system entry of daily transaction instructions such as subscriptions, redemptions, and switchings.
- Track the settlement process to ensure accurate data reconciliation with custodians, banks, and other institutions.
- Maintain transaction records and promptly handle exceptions.
- Perform real-time checks on the bond trading system to ensure accurate records.
