Role Purpose :
We are seeking a dynamic Senior People Development Specialist to champion customer service and selling skills training in our Hong Kong retail market. A typical day in this Role :
Program Design : Develop and implement innovative training programs focused on enhancing customer service and selling skills, directly supporting business objectives and staff growth.Performance Enhancement : Conduct in-store coaching sessions to elevate team performance, improve customer interactions, and drive sales excellence. Track employee learning progress and provide constructive feedback to individuals.Skills Expertise : Stay at the forefront of customer service and selling techniques, incorporating the latest industry trends and best practices into training programs.Dynamic Facilitation : Lead engaging training sessions and workshops, both in-person and virtually, fostering a collaborative learning environment and promoting the practical application of skills.Quality Assurance : Support quality assurance processes and the delivery of Qualification Framework recognized training programs.This job is a good fit for You if :

Academic background in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.Proven experience in learning and development, with a focus on customer service and selling skills, preferably in the retail sector.Proficiency in MS Office and eLearning software, particularly PowerPoint and video editing tools will be an advantage.Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese proficiency is highly desirable).A team player with a positive attitude, capable of working independently and proactively in a fast-paced environment.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt training approaches to meet specific business needs.
