We invite experienced candidate to apply the following position :
Duty Manager / Assistant Manager (Overnight)
Responsibilities :
- Supervise and ensure smooth daily operating of the Front Office
- Provide and ensure efficient and quality front line guest services at all times
- Handle and report all guest complaints, compliments and suggestions to the management
- Handle emergency cases in accordance with hotel polices and procedure
- Respond to any ad-hoc requests from senior management
