Responsibilities :

Provide administrative support to the Department in the liaison and coordination with schools, corporate partners and other stakeholders in implementing the Group’s flagship CSR youth programme “Project WeCan”

Provide administrative support including the processing of payment claims, and monitoring / annual review of schools’ programmes

Assist in coordinating and executing joint-school programmes and publicity events

Support the Project  WeCan  Secretariat in other ad hoc duties assigned

Requirements :

Bachelor’s degree holder in any discipline

1-2 years’ relevant experience in project administration, including budget control preferred but not essential

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Good numeric acumen, logically minded and analytical

Organised, attentive to details with strong commitment to accomplish tasks under tight deadlines

Willing to work on irregular hours occasionally

Proficient in common computer applications such as MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
