Key Responsibilities :

Develop and maintain a robust portfolio of retail banking clients to foster strong relationships and drive business growth.
Manage clients' overall wealth by tailoring financial and investment solutions to meet their specific needs.
Collaborate with product specialists to deliver advanced technical insights, identifying and fulfilling multiple client requirements.
Support branch enhancement initiatives by providing customer feedback, ensuring excellent service quality, and maintaining compliance with audit and quality standards.

Requirements :

University degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.

3-5 years of proven experience in retail banking or a similar financial services environment.

Professional certifications : Hold IIQE Paper 1, 2, 3 and HKSI Paper 1, 7, 8.

Demonstrated experience in client-facing roles with strong relationship-building skills.

Fluent in Cantonese and English; proficiency in Putonghua is a plus.

Note : Candidates with more experience may be considered for Senior Relationship Manager positions.
