Your new role
- Conduct and document client file reviews and risk assessments.
- Ensure accuracy andpleteness of information in the CRM system.
- Manage cases using a workflow tool and escalate issues to the team lead.
- Perform remediation based on feedback and maintain review records.
- Store evidence of reviews and liaise with intermediaries and clients for additional information.
- Provide general support, including clientmunications.
- Handle tasks related to static data maintenance andmunicate with internal stakeholders.
- Undertake ad-hoc tasks as required by line management.
