Customer Propositions and Customer Management
We are currently seeking high caliber professionals to join our team as Senior Manager, Affluent Propositions.
Principal responsibilities
- Design and implement value propositions for High-Net-Worth (HNW) segment including Prestige Private and Private Banking and build corresponding capabilities to support the proposition pillars through customer insights
- Lead the development of a distinct proposition continuum for HNW clients with differentiated solutions, privileges, sales & servicing model and client experience
- Drive external partnership for tailored privileges and customer acquisition channels and loyalty programs to meet the business objectives. Work with Marketing for Money Can’t Buy Experience to engage customers and build loyalty
- Oversee the design and implementation of a seamless client continuum for HNW clients, from Retail to Private Banking
- Monitor program results and portfolio analytics and take respective actions to refine the strategy to achieve the assigned portfolio growth
- Lead the design and execution of client re-segmentation journey for Retail and Private Banking customers based on an analytics-driven approach
- Work closely with Technology teams to design a robust customer journeys and proposition features to support the growth of business
- Stay on top of compliance requirements including cross border related sales and marketing for the mainlander segment, competition law, and fair value principle and take timely actions to mitigate relevant risk posing to the bank, where applicable
Requirements
University degree in Business Administration, Marketing OR other relevant qualificationsMinimum of 8 years' retail banking experience and familiar with customer or productA seasoned executive with leadership, excellent communication and influencing capability, and the ability to drive a diverse group including internal and external partnersPossesses high sensitivity to the changing market dynamics in particular the high net worth and the mainlander segments in association with related compliance requirementsBe able to deliver new or refined compelling propositions quickly for new revenue streamGood interpersonal & problem solving skills and with great sense of ownership to drive new projects from ideation to implementationProficiency in both English and ChineseGreat sense of ownership and servicing mind-set to ensure efficient and effective customer service delivery
