A worldwide financial institute is now finding a high caliber Regional Marketing Manager to join their regional team in Hong Kong.

Responsibilities

• Develop the regional marketing strategy to broaden business opportunities
• Lead / Plan / Implement regional marketing communication campaigns
• Develop and review the marketing communications materials for local countries
• Provide direction on building and promoting the corporate and product brands
• Provide leadership to regional marketing team
• Develop policies and procedures to ensure marketing programmes across region are consistent
• Ensure the marketing programmes in the region are compliance to the brand guideline
• Maintain good relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Manage promotion budget and expense
• Monitor marketing communications trends
• Handle ad-hoc communications & marketing projects
• Requirements
• Degree Holder in Marketing or equivalent
• Minimum 8 years working experience preferably in banking and insurance industries
• Solid experience in organizing marketing communications & business promotion programmes and events
• Prove experience on social media and digital marketing
• Good knowledge of marketing and communications practices
• Vendor and Channel management experience is a must
• Budget control experience is essential
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and able to communicate with the senior executives
• Good relationship with production houses
• Good business & marketing sense
• Good MS skills including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Willing to travel in the region
