Prepare a complete set of accounting records and execute daily accounting functions, including monthly financial account closures and management reporting
Review daily accounting entries to ensure compliance with internal policies
Handle full sets of books including vouchers, ledgers, accounts receivable and accounts payable, accounting files, cheques and bank reconciliations
Collaborate with the construction project team to provide proactive support in financial operations
Prepare interim and annual reports, annual audit and tax filing
Undertake ad hoc duties and assignments as required
Requirements :
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
Professional accounting qualification (ACCA / LCCI level III or equivalent) preferred
A minimum of 5 years of solid accounting experience, preferably within the construction industry
Excellent communication and analytical abilities
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and a team player, with the capacity to work independently
