Responsibilities :
- Manage a portfolio of general insurance accounts, ensuring excellent customer service and the achievement of business targets
- Liaise with clients to understand their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions
- Collaborate with the underwriting and claims teams to process policy renewals, endorsements and claims
- Identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities to expand the company's product offerings
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions and policy details
- Prepare regular reports on account performance and provide recommendations for improvement
- Contribute to the development of the company's general insurance business strategy
Requirements :
Minimum 5 years of experience in the insurance industry, preferably in a brokerage or account management roleStrong understanding of general insurance products and the ability to explain complex terms to clientsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholdersProficient in data analysis and report writingA team player with a proactive and customer-oriented approachFluency in English and Cantonese, with Mandarin proficiency an advantageCandidates with less experience will be consider as Assistant Account Servicing Manager.
