Job description

Responsibilities :

  • Manage a portfolio of general insurance accounts, ensuring excellent customer service and the achievement of business targets
  • Liaise with clients to understand their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Collaborate with the underwriting and claims teams to process policy renewals, endorsements and claims
  • Identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities to expand the company's product offerings
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions and policy details
  • Prepare regular reports on account performance and provide recommendations for improvement
  • Contribute to the development of the company's general insurance business strategy

Requirements :

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the insurance industry, preferably in a brokerage or account management role
  • Strong understanding of general insurance products and the ability to explain complex terms to clients
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Proficient in data analysis and report writing
  • A team player with a proactive and customer-oriented approach
  • Fluency in English and Cantonese, with Mandarin proficiency an advantage
  • Candidates with less experience will be consider as Assistant Account Servicing Manager.
