  • Support and Monitor daily operations of the data center
  • Maintain data center critical facilities in a good condition
  • Provide first level support and troubleshooting
  • Provide support to customers' enquiries
  • Coordinate with contractors and vendors for operational works

skills & experiences required.

  • Diploma or above in Information Technology, Computer Science or related disciplines
  • At least 1 year’s relevant experience in the telecommunication industry.
  • Good Command in spoken and written in both English and Chinese
  • Shift allowance is provided
