Responsibilities
- Lead the development, implementation and maintenance of the Bank's resolution plans inpliance with regulatory requirements
- Conduct detailed assessments of the impediments to the bank's resolvability capabilities and develop strategic solutions to mitigate risks
- Collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure the resolution strategies areprehensive and practical
- Serve as the primary liaison with the Head Office to ensure alignment of resolution planning objectives and strategies across the organization
- Stay abreast of changing regulatory requirements and industry best practices. Representing the bank in dialogues with regulators regarding resolution planning initiatives
- Manage resolution planning Working Group meetings and Oversightmittee. Oversee all project management activities in relation to resolution planning, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope
- Provide update on the progress of resolution planning to local riskmittees
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree holder in Finance, Legal, Risk, or a related field; Master or advanced degree preferredOver 10 years of experience within banking or financial services sectorPrior experience in resolution planning with strong understanding of regulatory requirements (eg OCIR-1, FMI-1, LFIR-1, ST-1)Proven track record of managingplex projects involving cross-functional teams and external stakeholdersExcellent interpersonal skills with the ability tomunicate effectively with all levels of the organization and regulatorsExceptional analytical and problem solving skills with a strategic mindsetApply Now
