Job description

Responsibilities

  • Assist department on customer sales activities including PSI and order management
  • Perform sales coordination and daily system operation works
  • Maintain relationship with valuable customers
  • Act as customer demand marketing for business opportunities
  • Provide back-end sales support
  • Handle ad-hoc duties as assigned by Manager

Requirements

  • DSE / Form 5 or above
  • 1-2 years relevant experience in Japanese firm would be an advantage
  • Basic knowledge in business and logistic flow
  • Familiar with MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
  • Good command of both spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Excellent communication skills and can work under pressure
  • Willing travel to China when necessary (after resuming quarantine-free travel)
  • Immediately available is preferred
