  • Job Description : Your duties :

    • Handle external communication, including but not limited to emails, letters, or phone calls
    • Carry out investigation and work closely with relevant parties
    • Provide efficient responses via email, letter, and phone calls to help enhance customers' online and offline experience
    • Perform administrative duties including but not limited to database maintenance, report preparation;
    • Work independently and collaboratively to resolve customer concerns in a professional manner;
    • Rotate job duties across different functions within the team to cope with operation needs;
    • Ad-hoc. assigned by the Manager.
    • How to join the OCSHK family :

    • HKDSE graduate or above
    • Interested in air-freight logistics industry
    • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
    • Japanese knowledge is not a MUST, but definitely has an advantage
    • Proficiency in MS applications (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and Chinese word processing
    • Kind and polite, willing to take up the responsibility
    • A "Can do" mindset and willingness to challenge yourself
    • Basic knowledge and experience by using Call Center is preferable.
    • Candidate with less experience will be considered as Customer Service Clerk.
    • Your working schedule :

    • 5 days work week (Monday - Saturday)
