Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly motivated Service Assistant Manager / Manager to support the company in leading our service team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the efficient operation of our service systems, delivering high-quality technical support, and driving customer satisfaction. If you have a strong technical background, leadership skills, and a passion for excellence, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities :

Assist in strategic planning and setting team objectives to achieve business goals.

Oversee daily operations, ensuring quality and efficiency in service delivery.

Provide advanced technical support and troubleshoot complex equipment issues.

Develop and conduct training programs to enhance team skills and performance.

Coordinate warranty services and implement quality control measures.

Lead and motivate the service team to meet and exceed business targets.

Manage scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation for optimal operations.

Utilize ERP systems for streamlined processes and accurate record-keeping.

Requirements :

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or related field.

10+ years of technical service experience, including 5 years in a managerial role.

Strong knowledge of mechanical / electrical systems and diagnostic tools.

Experience with ERP systems and process optimization.

Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred certifications : Electrical Worker (Grade B) or relevant professional credentials.

Customer-focused with a commitment to high service standards.
