About Our Client

Our client is a top tier international law firm looking to hire a 2-5 PQE Funds lawyer.

Key Responsibilities

Advise clients on the establishment and operation of various investment funds, especially private investment funds.
Draft and negotiate key fund documentation such as PPMs, LP Agreements and fund constitutional documents. You will also be exposed to secondaries work including GP-led and LP-led secondary transactions.
Provide guidance on regula

Job Requirements

2-5 PQE UK / HK / SG / US / AUS qualified lawyer

Strong technical knowledge of the ins and outs of the typical fund documentation for private investment funds.

Strong academic records and experience from an international law firm

Comfortable dealing with international structures and jurisdictions
