Job description
Responsibilities :
Manage end to end talent acquisition process including talent search through effective channels, screening, interviewing, onboarding as well as related employment and separation formalities.
Partner with hiring departments to understand staffing needs and ensure alignment with business objectives.
Provide guidance to line departments on workforce planning, performance management, employee relations, engagement and retention.
Prepare regular HR reports and assist in data analysis.
Participate in HR projects and ad hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management / Business Management or related disciplines.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience gained in sizeable organizations, preferably in property management.
Strong team player with excellent organizational skills, detail-minded and a good numerical sense.
Self-motivated, of can-do attitude and able to follow through.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
Well versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and other HR related regulations / ordinances.
