Job descriptionDSE / Form 5 or above Minimum 5 years solid & track record of CSR auditing & supplier social compliance / factory evaluation is preferred Familiar with industry-recognized audit programs (BSCI, ICTI, ICS, SMETA) Auditor certification preferred Strong organizational and communication skills Proven ability to develop and implement a capacity building plan Ability to maintain the highest degree of diplomacy, coordination and transparency Excellent proficiency in spoken and written English and Mandarin
Responsibilities
- Be the focal person to coordinate all social audit activities in Greater China & rest of Asia
- Manage the progress of Multlines’ supplier social audit program, collaborate with different parties including third party service provider and commercial teams for planning, coordinating and monitoring of the social audit program
- Prepare data for global social audit scoreboard quarterly and monthly report
- Generate monthly reports for CSR Manager and Management
- Develop and monitor Corrective Actions Plan (CAP) with suppliers after audits
- Conduct CSR Audits in China
- Support internal team on general day-to-day operational matters
