Responsibility

Lead the hardware deployment, network debugging, and performance optimization of NVIDIA GPU clusters and Huawei HPC servers; design and deploy IB / RoCE high-speed networks.
Ensure rapid response to and troubleshooting of emergency incidents.
Other ad-hoc tasks or duties assigned by the division.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science or related majors.

Proficient in the hardware architecture of GPU servers (NVIDIA HGX / H200, Huawei Atlas).

Familiar with the CUDA architecture and experience with NVIDIA cluster management platforms.

Design and implement thousand-card scale computing resource scheduling systems, optimize AI training task queues based on Kubernetes / Volcano; develop automation scripts (Python / Ansible) to improve GPU resource utilization and job scheduling efficiency.

Prior leadership experience in AI intelligent computing center projects; minimum 3 years of experience in data center infrastructure or HPC construction and operation.

Strong communication and teamwork skills, able to coordinate with other departments. Possess certain technical management capabilities to formulate project plans and lead partners to complete project delivery.
