Project Planning Officer (Building Services)

Job Duties

To perform as the project officer(s) in respect of any of the Works in the corresponding venue to execute the On-site Project Supporting Services;

To support manage and administer innovation & technology (I&T) projects as required by the Engineer or Engineer’s Representative : - \

To devise and implement asset digitization programmers in the electrical and mechanical (E&M) systems;

To provide design, procurement, project management and technical consultancy services in relation to the E&M systems;

To handle operation and maintenance of E&M systems and equipment;

To handle E&M system improvement works

To coordinate the works of E&M systems at the Site carried out by the Contractor or by other parties;

To coordinate third-party inspections at the Site in order to monitor, witness and record the details of any planned maintenance works, fault rectification works and new installations works at the Site performed by others;

To lead and monitor project technician(s) executing their works; and

To perform any other duties as instructed by the Engineer or the Engineer’s Representative.

Contract-based, 5 Day Work Week

Working Location : Tuen Mun Hospital

Requirement

Degree or above in Engineering, Science or Technology field from a Hong Kong University or equivalent;

Minimum 5 years post-qualification full time working experience in innovation & technology projects, asset digitization, data analysis, predictive maintenance or energy management related to electrical and mechanical engineering field;

Good knowledge in operating computer application including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, AutoCAD and BIM modelling,

Fluent Chinese Language and English Language

With Term Contract experience would be an advantage
