Job description

Responsibilities :

To manage and oversee the operations of Property Services to provide all-round property management services for the property and the clubhouse
To enforce the terms and conditions of the Deed of the Mutual Covenant
To propose the appointment of contractor, suppliers and service providers, and monitor their performance
To prepare, manage and control the operating budget of the building funds
To upkeep of our managed property and maintaining harmonious relationships with residents / occupants
To liaise with various departments internally; develop and maintain the best relationship with joint venture developers, owners, occupants, government and statutory bodies to ensure effective management of the property
To propose improvement or renovation program to superiors when necessary

Requirements :

Degree holder or above in property management or other relevant disciplines

Minimum 10 years’ experience in property management, with solid experience in managing luxury residential premises and clubhouse

Holder of Property Management Practitioner License (Tier 1) is a must

Member of MCIH / MHKIH or other related professional qualifications

Excellent command in spoken Cantonese and English

Excellent command in written Chinese and English

Well versed with MS Office
