What you'll do

Provide legal advice on all aspects of construction-related matters-Support shareholders in the preparation of contractual notices and claims as well as handle disputes-Draft and review contracts and tenders and be able to identify risks in a range of documentation -Work closely with different business units and provide legal support as necessary

Requirement

Qualification in Hong Kong or common law jurisdictions

Bachelor or Masters in Law -5+ PQE in practising construction law in law firm or in-house for a construction / property company -Excellent interpersonal skills and fluency in English is a must (with other Asian languages highly regarded)
