RINA is currently recruiting for a Head of Hong Kong, Taiwan and Vietnam Marine to join its office in Hong Kong within the North Asia Marine Division.
Mission
The Head of Marine Office is responsible for leading and managing all operations within the Marine Office, overseeing both Surveyors at all level of seniortiy. This role requires a balance of technical expertise, leadership, and operational management to ensure compliance with international maritime regulations and the achievement of quality, technical, and operative objectives.

Education
Bachelor’s Degree in Naval Engineering
Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of experience in the maritime industry, with expertise in international maritime regulations and in-depth knowledge of the Hong Kong marine market (local practices, regulations, and stakeholders).
Proven leadership and team management skills, including experience guiding technical professionals.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; fluency in Cantonese is a advantage.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with meticulous attention to detail.
Ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and perform under pressure in dynamic environments.
