Job descriptionBachelor Degree or above in Accounting or related disciplines with HKICPA / ACCA would be a plus 5+ years' solid and relevant working experience Experience in Fashion Retail industry and office administration are definitely an advantage Good command of spoken and written English & Chinese (including Mandarin) Strong analytical and people management skills Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Description :
- Lead a team to carry out the operations / activities of general accounting and office administration
- Manage month-end and year-end closing and reporting
- Responsible for transaction auditing and co-ordinate for regular audits' activities
- Ensure the effectiveness of full range of office administrative duties, including but not limited to office / facilities / leasing management / maintenance, travel & insurance arrangement, fixed asset management, etc.
- Compile various reports for management review regularly and prepare meeting / proposal materials
