Your role

We are seeking a visionary Creative Director to join our Hong Kong team and partner with the Executive Creative Director in leading our creative collective.

The ideal candidate is a strategic storyteller with deep expertise in design, branding, and experiential marketing, capable of transforming bold concepts into compelling narratives and immersive experiences.   With a background in visual communications and / or strategic writing, you’ll bring both creative passion and strategic discipline to our work—pushing boundaries while ensuring every execution delivers maximum audience impact.

• Creative Vision & Team Leadership : Inspire and guide the creative team to push boundaries while fostering a culture of collaborative innovation and excellence
• Breakthrough Concept Creation : Develop visionary ideas that redefine branding, campaigns, and experiential activations, setting new industry benchmarks
• Strategic Client Partnership : Serve as a trusted creative advisor, deeply understanding client objectives to deliver transformative brand solutions
• End-to-End Creative Direction : Steer projects from initial concept through flawless execution, balancing creative ambition with operational precision
• Excellence Curation : Uphold uncompromising creative standards through thoughtful critique and continuous refinement of all deliverables
• Innovation Foresight : Proactively identify emerging trends and technologies to position the agency as a creative vanguard
• Talent Cultivation : Mentor emerging creatives to develop both their craft and collaborative mindset, building the next generation of industry leaders
