my client is a Hong Kong based well known Insurance Company with huge exposure in the HK market. They are currently expanding across the globe.

you will be working with a team of 20-25 professionals with regional exposure

about the job.

  • manage online payment and claims pay-out processes
  • implement the Group's framework to enable incoming and outgoing payments via mobile applications for all insurance markets, while adhering to agile methodologies
  • evaluate payment gateways in various countries, considering factors such as customer experience and availability
  • streamline outgoing payments for transactions that are currently processed manually or in batches
  • create user stories for all payment-related functions and refine them in collaboration with technical teams
  • provide support during development and UAT by following agile workflows

skills & experiences required.

  • minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in a Business Analyst or equivalent role
  • have strong BA experience in insurance industry
  • strong knowledge of insurance payment and claims processes
  • familiarity with payment gateways and mobile applications
  • experience working in an agile environment
  • excellent communication and collaboration skills
