Job descriptionDSE / Form 5 or above At least 3 years solid working experience in customer service, preferably in garment, zipper & trim products industry Good Zipper & Trims knowledge is an advantage Proficiency in using ERP system and PC skills including MS office Responsible, self-motivated, independent, willing to learn and positive attitude Good command in English, Mandarin & Cantonese Immediately available is preferred
Responsibilities
- Follow up local and overseas email orders and daily inquires
- Co-operate with Purchasing Order team, Shipping team and Finance team to catch up tight delivery schedule
- Perform good customer service, complains solving, establish relationship with customers
- Support general office work, phone inquiries and any ad hoc projects as required
